Founder/Principal
Lynn Stanley created Private Foundation Services, Inc. in 2001 to provide a full spectrum of grants and scholarship management services that supports the day to day administration of private foundations; both traditional grants management services and those that are specific to the granting of scholarships.
Prior to establishing Private Foundation Services, Lynn was with the trust division of JP Morgan Chase Private Bank, where she served as the administrative and compliance officer for more than two dozen private foundations, overseeing all aspects of the administrative and grant making processes.
Lynn is a graduate of Baylor University and Baylor University School of Law.
Vice President and Director of Operations
Teresa Cannon joined Private Foundation Services, Inc. in 2020 to provide its clients with additional grant and scholarship management support.
Prior to joining Private Foundation Services, Inc., Teresa was the Executive Director of the Chapelwood UMC Foundation in Houston, Texas for 11 years. In her role as Executive Director, Teresa was responsible for overseeing the administration of the Foundation’s local and global grant programs. Her duties included supervising the application process, site visits, and required reporting.Teresa also led the Foundation’s scholarship program which provides academic scholarships to over sixty local college students each year.
Teresa is a graduate of Baylor University and the University of Houston Law Center.
